1. Using RegiGo
These terms apply when you submit an enquiry, register for an event run on RegiGo, or use RegiGo as an event organiser to manage registration, ticketing, check-in or related event-day tools.
2. Event setup
Submitting an enquiry does not create an account or guarantee event setup. RegiGo reviews each enquiry and prepares the event setup — registration page, forms, tables, emails and other modules — based on the requirements you provide.
3. Payments & ticketing
Paid ticketing is processed through Stripe. By purchasing a ticket you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms. Refund eligibility is set by the event organiser unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use RegiGo to collect guest data unlawfully, send unsolicited communications unrelated to a registered event, or attempt to disrupt the check-in, ticketing or reporting systems.
5. Liability
RegiGo is provided on an as-is basis for the event setup described in your enquiry. We are not liable for losses arising from event cancellations, venue issues, or third-party services (such as Stripe or Zoom) that RegiGo integrates with.
