1. What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, register for an event, or use RegiGo as an event organiser, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and details you provide about your event or your registration.
For paid ticketing, payment is processed directly by Stripe. RegiGo does not store your card details.
2. How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and prepare event setups
- To operate registration, check-in, ticketing and event-day features on behalf of event organisers
- To send confirmation, reminder and event-update emails
- To generate reports and analytics for event organisers
3. Sharing
We share data with service providers that help us run RegiGo, such as Stripe for payments and email delivery providers for automated messages. We do not sell personal data.
4. Data retention & export
Event organisers can export registration, attendance and ticketing data associated with their events as CSV. Retention periods depend on the event and plan; contact us if you need data deleted.
